URGENT help needed

    Hello Support team,

    I need immediate help with a mistake that happened from my end yesterday. We wanted to invite our wordpress.com followers to subscribe for our monthly newsletter. While sending out the invitation, I have accidentally sent invitation for 146 followers to become the administrator. Just now we deleted all the invitations from Users> Invite New. Have also removed 5 of them from administrator who had accepted the invitation. Please let me know what are the other troubleshooting measures that I need to take.

    Hi @mythrispeaks, no worries. You can remove the invitations and try again. If it was either of your sites, you don’t have any outstanding invitations right now.

    Maybe just let the users know the first invitation was a mistake, so they will know why the link didn’t work?
