Urgent help needed!

Hello I am needing help with a urgent matter a guy I had doing some work on my website has stolen my property and is now refusing to give me my login details
to my two websites.
This is costing me money in lost revenue and damages. Does anyone have a direct email address for WordPress support, needing help before I get my lawyer involved.
Any help will be appreciated -

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
