is harassment , bullying, blackmailing and defaming.. please remove this blog as soon as possible, he is harassing a girl so that she commit suicide.

Anyone who is so fragile that they would commit suicide because they were trolled online needs to get off the internet now and find a therapist. Also note that you cannot complain on behalf of anyone else.
These matters are not dealt with on public support forums that can be accessed by everyone with internet access.

(2) and you believe this threat to be legitimate and are sincerely frightened by it, rather than being annoyed,
