If the blog you’re talking about is http://shopperfind.wordpress.com/ then you shouldn’t hire anyone who says he can make a plugin work on your site. He’s lying.

You are confusing free hosted wordpress.com blogs and wordpress.org installs for self hosting.There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot intsall plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
