URGENT HELP NEEDED – ongoing theft

I have an individual, possibly more than one, actively trying to purchase goods on my site with stolen credit cards.
I use WP, Woo, and chase orbital. I have managed to stop all but one shipment, but orders are still running in. I have not informed the person behind it that I am on to them. In fact I believe I have convinced him to buy something else.
HOW DO I GET ALL INFORMATION ON HIM? Is there a specific plugin or setting? IP address in order does not seem to match up with his real location.
Law enforcement has been notified. All necessary steps taken. But I will likely lose atleast $1000, if not more. Want to catch him.
I’m sure this is posted but my brief search did not answer my question. Sorry to re post on a topic that is likely very well covered. I am actually in a rush here.

You cannot run woo commerce on any WordPress.COM hosted blog. You can run it only on a WordPress.ORG software install. So that means you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install and posting to the wrong support forum.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that one is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
