Urgent Help Needed – Removing an Old WordPress Blog

About 7-8 years ago, a blog was created at example.wordpress.com, which has no connection to me. However, my business phone number was shared there without my permission, and I receive daily calls from misled users. This is causing me serious problems. Additionally, some of the content on the blog may lead to legal issues in the future.
When we tried to access the blog through its owner, we found that the account was registered with a Yandex email address. Although we know the email address, username, and password, the account appears to be banned due to long-term inactivity. WordPress requires email verification to lift the ban, but since the Yandex email address has been permanently closed, it is impossible to complete the verification process.
Due to WordPress’s restriction, even though the username and password are known, it is currently impossible to access the account. Since the Yandex email is closed, there is no way to recover the account.
My Questions:
- How can I remove this blog from search results or delete it completely?
- Since the incorrect phone number is causing me daily issues, how can I prevent further problems?
- What steps should I take to ensure this content does not create legal problems in the future?
This issue is urgent, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance.

We know the username and password, but we cannot access the e-mail due to the ban. Could WordPress staff help us with this urgently, please?
