Urgent Help Needed with Staging Site Issues

Hi there,
I’m urgently seeking assistance with the staging site for a website I’m rebranding (client project!). For the past 8 days, I’ve been dealing with persistent issues, including:
- Lagging and frequent crashes (every 30 seconds).
- The staging site BECOMING completely inaccessible after resetting/deleting it.
Yesterday, the tech support team reset the staging site from their end, but I keep getting this error message (screenshot attached). I’ve tried reaching out to WordPress support, but I haven’t received any response yet. Is there a specific time zone or schedule they work in?
I’ve already tested the site on multiple browsers and internet connections. And as far as the testing is concerned, it was limited to a couple of themes with no heavy new plugins.
Despite this, the issues persist, and I can’t move forward with the project due to these roadblocks. I’m on a tight deadline, so any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Alternatively, if there’s a better way to get in touch with tech support for faster resolution, please let me know.
