  I was personal plan, and i Upgrade to premim plan, …And i feel not big different, i get refund…, After that, they change me to free plan, and the Domin change.. .

  If you cancel your Premium Plan you will go back to the free plan, yes. And you also cancelled the domain mapping upgrade included in your plan, so it’s also normal that your site went back to using the free WordPress.com address instead.
