Urgent Help please

  Last year at university my tutor asked us to make an account through WordPress for our blog which I did & my parents paid on there credit card. I could never get it working properly. I left university June 2018 & no longer need the account. I can’t remember if this was in my uni email address which I no longer have access to. My mum has just checked her credit card statement & a further payment of £102.65 has been taken on 09/01/2019 & sent to WordPress Whylmerbcp Dublin. Can you help please how can I get refund?

  If it helps Domain name DAISYDESIGNS.BLOG. Also have details of last years payment of £84 with a reference number. Can someone from WordPress contact me as don’t want to include financial details here thank you
