  i need access to my old email (email visible only to moderators and staff) urgently and cannot find a way to recover or access it. its extremely important that i access this email asap. please help me to do this

  Hi there – We do see a purchase of that domain back in 2013. It then expired in 2014. The domain has been, and is currently, for sale.

  Do you recall what kind of mail you had on that domain? Between 2013 and 2014 we offered the ability “forward email” (to a different email account), or, we pointed domain owners to 3rd party email providers so they could set up email on their domain. Do you recall if you used either of these two methods?

  During that time we did not have the ability to offer email accounts as an add-on to domain ownership.
