URGENT HELP please – lost website truesouthmedical.co.nz

    My site doesnt appear now when I try to login in via WordPress to truesouthmedical.co.nz . It is my Medical work website so it is CRUCIAL I get into it now. PLEASE CAN you help ASAP. the site took days and days to set up so dont want to use it- you can see it if you google the site. [redacted by staff] (NZ number) my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    https://truesouthmedical.co.nz/ has never been hosted with or connected to us on WordPress.com.

    You are using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org on that site, and you’re hosting it at Bluehost.com. But we don’t have any control at all over that site.

    If you’ve lost access to your admin account on that site, contact support at Bluehost directly. They should be able to help you with that.
