    Urgent Help Required – Direct MX record to Zoho Mail please !

    We’ve been experiencing serious technical difficulties with mailflow to our word press site and it’s damaging our business.

    For the past week, any emails mapped to our domain are bouncing back and not arriving in our inbox. For example: (email visible only to moderators and staff) , (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is an urgent issue that needs resolving immediately.

    We held a domain name at UK2.net, we switched to WordPress for our domain at the beginning of September, since then, we moved our mail handling from UK2 to Zoho.

    Having consulted various websites, including UK2.net about the issue, we were told the problem lies with WordPress.

    Essentially: we need to direct our MX records for our site hosted by wordpress to zohomail.com in order to receive emails from our customers.

    We have tried entering the information below into our DNS records:
    “mx 10 zohomail.com
    mx 20 zohomail.com”

    But when we tried to save this entry, we received the following message: “We can’t save these records because they don’t look right to us. Check the errors below. Please contact support if you are unable to resolve the problem.”

    Can anyone please tell us the correct MX records to use in order to direct our emails to zohomail.com?

    Currently, our domain shows as being expired and available, but this is not the case. Ideally we would like to speak to a member of staff at WordPress, but this appears to be impossible. Having paid for a premium account, we do not feel we are being treated as premium customers.

    As all of our business email accounts are currently out of action: please email any answers to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Zoho mail seems to be a several step process not just MX records

    For starters you left out the full stop character (period) at the end of the records

    mx 10 zohomail.com.
    mx 20 zohomail.com.

    Only left the char out when typing it here. Sorry about that. I am happy to say a real person at the end of the phone from Zohomail helped me to fix this problem (fingers crossed). I am most unimpressed with WordPress thus far though. This is not a criticism of my fellow sufferers in the forums it is the total lack of any ability to contact/deal directly with anyone at WordPress. When our premium subscription runs out I am presently minded to move to a better provider. As A totally blind person too, I find the WordPress site incredibly inaccessible.
