Urgent help required embedding swf and flv (flash) files into wordpress blogs

need desperate help. on three levels.
My hosting company is saying it is not their problem…
1). Need to embed a flv video within my Revolution theme (is not available on youtube)
2). Need to embed a swf 468 x 6 banner
3). Need to embed a swf header
If you could please provide some instructions on how to make the above work it would be greatly appreciated…
