Hello buzzvil,
Please be informed that buzzvil.com site is not on WordPress.com, you are posting to the wrong support forum.
Your hosting is provided by Gabia, Inc and not by WordPress.com. Your site is not present on our server. This forum is for WordPress.com only and we do not provide support for WordPress.org
The difference between the two can be found here, https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Kindly seek WordPress.org related assistance from here, https://wordpress.org/support/WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely different and they also differ in Usernames accounts, features, logins. They have separate support documents too. They can be found here, https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
Note: We do not provide Jetpack support for sites which are linked to WordPress.com account with Jetpack plugin.
You can contact jetpack support from here, https://jetpack.me/contact-support/ -
Hi there,
If your hosting provider has blocked your network’s IP, you need to get in touch with them directly. The WordPress.org forums also won’t be able to help you, as this is not an issue with the WordPress software, nor will Jetpack support as it’s not an issue with the plugin.
If you mean you’re being blocked from logging in by Jetpack’s IP blocking feature, you can see here how to whitelist your IP address in Jetpack:
Please contact Jetpack support directly if you need more help with that.
Jetpack hasn’t been at the .me domain for over a year, and this answer you posted looks very much like a predef from a long-time volunteer in the forum. If you want to make use of pre-written answers, please write your own and make sure any URLs you provide in them are valid, though it’s generally also better to take the time to understand a user’s question before sending them off somewhere they won’t be able to get help either.
