I am trying to stop this payment going through as I do not use this domain name nor do I wish to. However, the only option I am getting is to upgrade. If you cannot stop this payment for me I will stop all payments to this account as and from tomorrow. Thanking you, Siobhan Cox-Carlos

Thank you for your offer of help, much appreciated. The domain name is siobhancoxcarlossilks.com. I certainly did not intend to upgrade it and just want to cancel it altogether. I tried last year also but to no avail.
You might let me know that you have cancelled this subscription please.

I was able to find the domain, and it is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. I’ll be able to cancel and issue you a refund if you are able to log into that account. The account should be connected to the email you received the notification from.

Hi,
All of my emails are forwarded to this address so I am not sure which one is releveant. You can try (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).
You might let me know if either of these work. I can only email back from this account. If I have to stop all payments to WordPress I will do so as I find I am paying for 2 or 3 domain names that I do not use and it is so difficult to stop one payment.

I have a number of email addresses but as I explained already they are all directed into this one. I may be left with no alternative but to cancel all payments as this is, I think, the third year for these payments to go through. Can you phone me perhaps? My number is 00-353-86-3647367.

We do not provide phone support, unfortunately.
What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is quote my message to verify ownership even if it is directed to another email. I will be able to tell that you received the email based off of the quote. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
