URGENT: I paid for my domain, how come I get no help?

  Guys, I am sorry to shout, but I am having big problems. My website is down and I cannot find help. Apparently there is no way to contact WordPress. How come? I do pay for their services and I’d like to be helped when needed.

  Can anyone suggest what I shall do?

  Which domain are you really asking about? What is the base WordPress.COM blog you need help with?

  http://unpensierokalasnikov.com/ – loads fine

  http://giorgiobosisio.com/ – has some sort of upgrade here but the name servers are pointing to Godaddy – use the instructions below to change the name servers to WordPress.COM for a blog here

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain

  the problem was solved thanks to godaddy. What I was missing was to change the IP address. I kept reading online that with wordpress.com was not possible to change the IP, but that’s not true.
  Luckily, I got everything solved now! Thanks for you kind replay. I felt really lost.
