I have just deleted all the purchases as you have asked me to do before wanting to delete my blog and now I still can’t delete anything and I also don’t get the personal support I have paid for till march next year because everything has been removed. Did you ever purchase a “never expiring” Premium theme? If you are the owner of the account/site that is the only thing that could prevent you deleting the site. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could assist you.
