    All our subscriptions, by default auto-renew once a year and that’s why you’ve been charged.
    I noticed you’ve opened a dispute which was closed in our favor so we were able to cancel and refund the plan and domain for you.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
