URGENT: Images not showing in my blog content
-
I have been using the button theme for a while and as of recently, my images are not able to be seen in my blog content. All of the information I am finding is referring to Featured image. This is not my issue. My issue lies in my blog posts. The images in the post itself are not able to be seen by my followers. When I look at my blog posts, I am able to see the images.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good afternoon!
It looks like the link to the images is broken. The URL is very long and ends in -no.It should end in something like .jpg or .pny or .gif
I recommend finding a better image source, with shorter URLs. Also, the images are very large, which means your blog takes a long time to load. You can learn a bit more about this here:

These images are coming from my google account. and it seems they are showing the next day.

Let’s be clear here.
1. Are you hotlinking to images hosted on a server somewhere else online? If so, does that host provide permission for you to do that and have every one of your visitors click through and run up bandwidth at that host by doing so? Many hosts will not do that. They will make it impossible for your visitors to view the images and suck their bandwidth.

Assuming you have permission to use the images and have no copyright issue when it comes to using someone elses’ images, what you need to do is to upload the images into your wordpress.COM site’s media library.
Your media library link is http://blissphotosblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php The Add New link appears there.
Please see this support doc: Images https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/
And this one too: Add Media
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/All WordPress.com blogs come with 3 GB of space for uploaded files and images. If you post lots of media your free space allocation can be exhausted quickly. See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/
WordPress.com Premium https://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/ includes another 10 GB of extra storage, for a total of 13 GB.
WordPress.com Business https://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/ includes unlimited storage space. -
YIKES! I posted the wrong URL above. The rest is correct.
Your media library link ishttp://nightshadebeauty.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php and the Add New link appears there.

There does look to be something a bit off with the image URLs as @timetheif noted.

Can you describe the process you’re using to add these photos to your site? The more detail the better :)

I took the photos and i store them on my google photos. I was using the media via wordpress but since there is no way to organize them and i reuse images it makes it very time consuming for me to use media through wordpress. I was copying them from my google photos and pasting them in my blog. I think i have it figured out thought. I clicked and dragged them to my blog and then had someone check and it was working fine. I guess it’s a different URL when doing it that way vs C&P method.

Thanks for the extra detail :)
Google photos should have a share link, that will let you copy the image’s URL, which should give you reliable results :)
One thing that might help with the organization of your images, is the search function.
When editing a post or page, try this:
– Click the Add Media button
– Upload your image (or use it’s URL to have it added to your Media Library
– After the image uploads, hover over it, and click the pencil icon to edit it
– At the top, you’ll see the file name – depending on the image, that be some random letters or numbers, or it might be something recognizable
– Click on the name, and type to rename the image something you’ll remember or recognize
– Now, the next time you come into the Add Media panel, you can use the magnifying glass in the top right corner to search for a keyword – images with that word in their title will come up :)As long as you name your images in ways that are memorable during future use, you should be able to pull them from your media library over and over without having to scroll through everything!
