URGENT. Incorrect Refund Amount

    Hello, today, August 14th, I created a WordPress site and signed up for the Personal plan (including my free domain transfer) which costed $48, in total $50.16 including tax. I cancelled the plan later this evening, still August 14th, well within the deadlines for a full refund, yet I was only refunded $37.62. Since I no longer have the paid personal plan, I have to submit my request on this public forum. Could I please have some assistance and be refunded the full amount that I paid.

    Hi there – I’ve completed the refund to you. The hold up was a domain transfer. I’ve removed that upgrade and refunded you the remainder of the total.

    One ask, if you don’t mind. This was a quick turnaround. Was something missing from our offering that led you to cancel and refund?
