URGENT ISSUE with "Links" in Visual mode

  Visual editor adding/editing of links is not working…

  1) The smart linking to existing content is not displaying any content
  2) If I try to define a new URL in the link tool, and save it, it appears to be OK. But if I then try to insert another link, when the modal window opens, the previous link is still in the URL field. If I delete the previous link and replace it with a 2nd link, and save, when I check the first defined link, it has changed to the second one.

  There is a system problem.
