Hi, I need a link to make the required payment so I can recover the domain.

hi there, my domain expired on February 11 and has now passed the 13 day renewal period and the site has gone down. I really need it back up ASAP. Any instruction would be appreciated.

Hi @comedycause, this domain is on the cusp of going into redemption and probably already should have. I’m reaching out to the registrar now to see if it’s not too late to get it back without a redemption fee, but I’m sending an invoice for the renewal as well as redemption.
If they don’t end up charging the redemption fee, we’ll refund that part for you. Please take care of the invoice ASAP, though.

Hi, I have paid the renewal and have been told it was passed over to WordPress’s partners to be restored. That was more than 24 hours ago… Is there anything I can do to move things along? I have a number of events one sale through the website and a lot of very unhappy clients. Please help!

I have also replied to the email conversation so I will repeat here what I have said there:
we have contacted the domain registrar already and asked that they restore the domain to your account. Because the domain has already been returned to the registry it is not under our direct control at this point. As soon as we hear back from our domains partner we will let you know.
