URGENT Locked out of business account

URGENT
Hi I am the owner of a business account for Flowell.co – I am migrating my domain and I am locked out of my account (the custom WP login is now inactive and I can’t get into a sign in page to even attempt a log in)
I don’t have my activation URL for the site and I really need support as this is connected to my business.
Thank you so much for your prompt response.

Hi there!
I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.It doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
Looking at your site, it also doesn’t appear to be using the WordPress software. Did you purchase hosting and are you working on creating a new site using WordPress? If so, what is your site’s temporary URL so we can better advise?
Thanks.

Hi! I am contacting you re a different account I own with domain Flowell.co, which I purchase hosting from WordPress. It’s likely under (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Currently my @flowell.co emails are down because of improper DNS configuration during a migration which is why I’m reaching out here. Please feel free to call me – 3017888424.
Thank you so much

Hi,
I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com. The nameservers for flowell.co are currently pointing to GoDaddy.
I’m also not seeing any WordPress.com user accounts under the email addresses you have provided.
Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?

Hi we managed the site from a WordPress.con dashboard. Could that be the case if it was built using the open source software from WordPress.org ?

Hi there,
Yes, you can manage the site from under WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin even if the site is hosted elsewhere, although I am not seeing that the site is currently connected to Jetpack.
As staff-ozmodiar mentioned, the domain is pointing to Go Daddy: https://whois.domaintools.com/flowell.co
And it looks like the actual site is hosted with Digital Ocean:
https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact
I would reach out to them and see if they can further assist you.
Hope this helps.
