    Dear Sir / Madam

    I have been charged £19.10 on 15 Dec on my card (Monzo bank), I am not sure what this is payment for, please provide me the customer service phone number for me to clarify the payment.

    There are no purchases under the account from which you’re writing us. Do you have any other WordPress.com account?
