[URGENT] Money taken but plan not activated

  Hi,

  I upgraded to a one-year Premium plan with domain offerred for the first year and using a promo code NEWUSER15, giving 15% off.

  I payed with PayPal and money has been taken from my account. However I am still on a “Free” plan with no domain, and situation hasn’t evolved since a couple of days.

  Could you please help?

  Hi! Many thanks for your adding credits.

  However, the code I used before (NEWUSER15 with 15% off) is not available anymore now as it was limited in time.

  As such, with credit applied, I still have 14,40€ to pay. Could you please help on this?

  I’ve added the premium plan to your account. Now you can get started while we sort through the currency differences.

  The premium plan is €96.00 per year. A 15% coupon would remove €14.4 and you would be paying €81.6 at the check out screen. Can you take a screen shot of what you’re seeing.

  As I am now Premium I cannot buy again the Premium plan to do the screenshot. I don’t know if you can see it from my account, but I paid 81,60€ via PayPal.

  There’s no need to purchase the plan again. From what I can see, you have already paid us the correct amount, and there was a glitch where the plan didn’t end up making it on to the account. Is that correct? If so, there’s nothing else we need to worry about.

  You can proceed with adding a custom domain by clicking on My Sites – Domains – Add
