URGENT: My domain is in redemption period and I need my email!!!

    My renewal notices were spam blocked and now my website and custom domain are shut down. I am unable to access my work emails which are tied to my domain (portlandrunamutt.com).
    As a single self employed person this is critical to me to be fixed as my weekly schedules come in on Sunday’s and Mondays and my email isn’t working due to this issue. Is there any way to contact customer support to rectify this?? Is the entire customer support staff seriously off all together in for over a week??

    I am having a similar problem where I wasn’t getting my renewal notices and now my site is in the redemption period. I was told a moderator would be tagged in the thread and look into this. And while I see they’ve responded to other threads, I haven’t received a follow-up. This is for a nonprofit that depends on its web presence and has almost six years of information on it. I am willing to pay whatever it is I owe you, I just need this rectified immediately and the lack of follow through is really becoming ulcer-inducing.
