    Hi there!

    Domain expiration is a complicated process that takes about 80 days. As per public WHOIS record, innerorbitarts.com is already in redemption period, this means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost.

    I have taken a look and can confirm thatinnerorbitarts.com is in redemption. In order to restore the domain we need the help of our domain partner. They charge an $80 fee to recover domains from the redemption status.

    Please confirm that you’ll agree to make that payment. It will be $106 total, which is $26 for your annual renewal plus the redemption fee of $80.

    Once I hear back from you about the payment we will set things in motion. First, we will email our domain partner right away. Next, we will send a payment form to you via email. Normally, it only takes 2-3 days to hear back from our domain partner, and at that point we will send you an update.

    @innerorbit thank you. That domain is very close to redemption status, but perhaps we can still get it back without an extra fee. I’m sending an invoice for the regular fee right now and will let you know if we end up having to pay the $80 as well.

    Thanks! We’re still waiting on the registrar regarding restoring the domain and once they do that, we should know if we need to pay the extra fee
