URGENT! My website is not loading!

Hello,
I am the owner of the domain
soniahensler.com, which is connected to my WordPress.com free plan site. The domain is active and paid, and everything has always been working fine. However, recently my site stopped loading completely.Even more confusing is that when I log into WordPress.com, I only see an old site at
soniahensler.wordpress.com. The system does not show my domainsoniahensler.comanywhere, and I cannot access or manage it.I have tried accessing the site from different devices and browsers, but it still does not load. I am also unable to speak to a human support agent without paying, which makes this very difficult to resolve.
Could you please help me understand why my site is not loading and how to fix it?

I checked your domain, soniahensler.com, and it appears to be hosted on another platform, and its DNS records are managed by Wasabi Host, and not here at WordPress.com. You can verify that here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/soniahensler.com
That’s the reason why you don’t see the domain within your WordPress.com account and only your old site, soniahensler.wordpress.com.
