Urgent! Need help getting site back up and running.

  Hello!

  My site suddenly crashed as I was working on it in the back end. I’m now seeing that there’s been a critical error on the site. I believe this is 100% a plugin conflict issue but I never received an email to recover my account. How do I get back into my site to disable all plugins if I didn’t receive an email do so? Please help.
