Urgent! Need help with image issue

    I upload a image to the container, chose the image size to “custom”, and set the width (600) and height (900) and applied. Everything worked well. But when I updated and published the website, the image size went wrong. It just shown in the original size. I tried to deactive plugins, clean cache, and use other brower, but all failed. Seems like suddenly any customized settings I make to the image won’t be shown in the published page. Could you please help me with that? Thx a lot!

    Hi there,

    Can I see this on your homepage?  Or is it a specific place I need to look at?  

    I’ve taken a look at your site but i’m not sure that I’ve spotted the issue since I don’t have an easy way to compare the live view from the view in the editor.

    Can you share a link to the page where we can best see this issue? As well can you share the URL of the page you are on when you are editing the page, so we can inspect your image settings?

    Hi there, thx for the reply. Here’s images which may help illustrate my problem. Here’s the editing page:

    As you can see, the size of images on the right went wrong and affected the whole layout.

    However, since you’re using Elementor, a page-builder plugin developed by a third-party company, we aren’t in a position to assist you with this. If you’re using the free version of Elementor, you will want to post on their support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor

    To clarify, we can help if you’re using the block editor. But the Elementor plugin/editor is a third-party product, that’s why we are unable to troubleshoot issues with it.
