URGENT! Need to cancel domain name within 24 hrs!

    Hello,
    I have been trying to reach you to either Cancel my domain name or change it. The system will still not allow name changes (keeps saying “this tool is temporarily disabled”. And I am waiting for you to get back to me before the 48 hr period that you have required to cancel my payments! PLEASE HURRY!

    It sounds like you may have been looking at the change name tool (which is temporarily disabled) and not the cancel tool on the Store → domains page.

    Can you please confirm for me the domain you are trying to cancel and what your end goal is? Please note that canceling a domain registration means you completely give up ownership of the domain and it’s possible you may not be able to get it back. Is that okay?
