Howdy! Domain Mapping is included in our Personal Plan. New accounts are required to upgrade to a plan in order to map a domain.
When you login to your WordPress.com account click ‘My Sites’ in the upper left corner. Your dashboard is going to load on the left, click on the second item from the top ‘Plans’. You can upgrade to WordPress.com Personal there.
