URGENT – Need to Renew our expired domain urgently

  Hi there – our domain name has expired :
  thebotanicaldistillery.com

  We urgently wish to renew this. I cannot find where in my account, perhaps because it was back on 15th Oct when the domain expired.

  Please let me know how I can renew and get access to this domain.

  Hi there,

  Your domain has already been removed from our system, and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It should still be possible to recover it at this stage, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the process started.

  The actual renewal cost of the domain will be covered by the Personal Plan you bought today.
