Urgent – New file size limit after installing Tuxedo plugin?

  Hi!

  1) What is the original upload size limit for the Business plan, and 2) what is the new file size limit for Business account after installing the plugin Tuxedo?

  Hi there:

  We recommend file uploads around 1GB as larger files can time out.

  I’m not showing a Business Plan under the account you’re logged into, but once you do, you can also access live chat and priority email support here:

  They’ll be able to work with your specific site and be better able to advise the impact the Tuxedo plugin would have on your specific site.
