URGENT: no access to my site

In 2015 a company called ‘Tractus Design’ based in Kidderminster built me a website for my business (www.jules4cartoons.co.uk). Earlier this year they transferred the hosting to ‘HostingUK.net’ and then subsequently went bust and I can no longer reach them.
They sent me a training video but never gave me the login details to access my website. I used the ‘reset password’ mode back in June and gained access to my site using an old email address. I changed my password and wrote it down but the site refuses to give me access any more. I’ve tried resetting the password but it does not recognise ANY of my email addresses, and I’ve tried all sorts of various passwords with no success.
It recognises my username as ‘Jules’ and tells me to check my emails but nothing is being sent. I desperately need to update my site but WordPress do not have a telephone number, and their form requires proof that the site belongs to me by means of an reference number, but as I paid a 3rd party to create it I don’t have these.
I need immediate help to gain access to my website. -
That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thank you for the response. I’ve tried accessing my website via wordpress.org but I’m having exactly the same issues. I’ve entered all my different email addresses to request a password reset but it doesn’t recognise any of them. It only recognises my username as ‘Jules’ and tells me to check my emails but nothing is coming through. This username could belong to anyone of course but here is the email i was sent when I requested a password reset back in June:

If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.

[redacted]I’m still getting emails when someone fills out my contact form and the contact email is [redacted]. so the site was built by them. Is there a phone number or contact form I can use to speak to someone about this issue? I really need to access my site to update it.

You’ll want to either post to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or reach out directly to your site’s host.

Thanks for all your feedback, I am happy to report that I’ve managed to sort it. An amazing guy at HostingUK.net, who currently host the website, was able to reset my password from his end and I now have full access to my website again! Happy Days!!!
