URGENT – Payment

    I had in the last two years my site in the WP under the domain http://www.mataruna.org . I did not received any email for renewing the annual fee. Since 05 November I wrote 4 times to complain it and no answer. I need to renew and recover my old website. It is not my fault. Please help me with support. I want to pay the annual fee and leave online my personal website. I am teacher and depend of that. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    If you had made purchases or upgrades with your WordPress site, you can find and manage them here: Manage Purchases

    By default, all upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed.

    When was the last time you were able to see your site live? Also, it might be that your domain was the one that needs renewal. If so, you would need to contact your domain registrar (where you registered your domain) and renew it with them.

    The website expired in 30 Oct, now I cannot find it into my WP profile. I am afraid to update and not have my previews documents there. I cannot lose all information from before. Can you orientate me? Thank you for the words.

    First, we will need to identify where was your website registered and setup with. It’s very important that we get this accurately so that we will be able to address your concern to the proper team (WordPress.com and WordPress.org) who can help us further in renewing the website.

    Since I’m unable to find the records about your website from my end, I’ll be adding the modlook tag so the WordPress staff can also look into this.

    You can read through this WordPress.com and WordPress.org Support page to have more understanding of the difference between the two while waiting for a staff response.

    mataruna.org was not registered with us at WordPress.com. In order to renew that registration you’ll need to contact the domain registrar that was used. I really can’t find it in our system at all.

    Was it mapped to mataruna.wordpress.com or a different WordPress.com site?
