Urgent Payment issues

    Dear Support,

    Please note that I have received a payment notification that 96$ have been deducted from my account from WordPress. I don’t know how you deducted this amount from my account since I couldn’t find any payment methods have been saved or there is no billing history nor did I receive any receipt via email.

    I wanted to confirm if these payment have been made through this is WordPress.

    Please let me Know ASAP as I need to close my credit card if this not you and some is making purchases using your name

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
