  My site is down, I would like to recover it but not using bluehost. how do I do this please
  I am currently looking at using GoDaddy to host site

  Not to worry, you’ve got lots of options here.

  First off, do you have a recent backup of your site? If not, can you access your site via Bluehost to create a backup or export?

  If so, I would encourage you to consider hosting with us here at WordPress.com. We’re what is called “managed WordPress hosting” which offers some significant advantages over standard shared hosting through GoDaddy or Bluehost. We can automate backup/update/security processes so that you never get caught with a broken site. We also offer a WordPress specific support team tha can help you if anything ever DOES go wrong. Most regular hosts will only assist with hosting issues, not software issues (like WordPress).

  If you are coming from Bluehost, I suspect you’d be happiest with the Business plan:
