URGENT: Please make sure my website renews on 5/4/20

    Hello, I’ve received an email that my website http://www.marikapage.com will expire on 5/4/20. It states that I should make sure ‘auto renew’ is on to automatically renew. Please can you make sure this auto renews? I went through all the settings and could not find any option to auto renew. This is urgent as I really don’t want the website to go down like it did last year due to no one telling me that my card details had expired. It caused so much loss of business.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com.

    Autorenew is disabled for the marikapage.com domain, because there is no payment details added on our system for that domain. So even if I could make changes to upgrades that belong to another account at your request (which I can’t), that wouldn’t help because we don’t know what credit card to charge.

    Log out of the info206f92c5a01 account you used to post here, and log back in as the account you used to buy that domain, and you’ll be able to add a payment method and enable automatic renewal from the Purchases page:
