URGENT – Please Restore our Website you Deleted

    Dear Customer Service,
    PLEASE RESTORE OUR OLD WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY WHILE WE LEARN HOW TO BUILD A NEW ONE WITH WORDPRESS.
    Roads To Health (website: http://www.rthealth.org) is a customer of Yahoo small business (Verizon Small Business). We have option to update our updated website using WordPress. I tried to use it to learn how to build a new website.
    However, I was completely surprised that our website has been deleted. I would have assumed that trying WordPress meant I build a site, with all the files, photos, logos…. needed and then preview before publishing but was not given that option. Immediately I clicked on view the website after creating our profile, the existing website was deleted.
    I called Yahoo small business customer service and despite updating the PHP, we still do not have our website back as your site is showing “Nothing here.” Please restore our website IMMEDIATELY. We were not given any option to build and preview our new site and you (WordPress) deleted the existing one. I have already filed a complaint with Yahoo/Verizon.

    Hi there,

    http://www.rthealth.org is a site hosted with Yahoo and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    They’re very similar, but two separate things.
    https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    As WordPress.com does not have any control over externally hosted sites, you may want to try contacting your hosting provider for help.

    Hi there, just adding that when I access your site, it is up and running for me.

    In the future, should you need help with the WordPress open source software itself, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
