URGENT! Plug-in script installs then uninstalls itself automatically

  I am installing a script within the html body. It is for a chatbot plug-in. Sometimes it appears on my website and sometimes it doesn’t. When it does appear it might remain on there for 24hours only before disappearing even though the script is still there. I can only think that there is a security protocol or another plug-in interrupting this script. But I can’t find it. I need advice on how to resolve this issue urgently.
