Urgent Problem viewing my site https://kinokast.org/login/ (WordPress.com Premium account)

  Hello, WordPress,com Support,

  https://kinokast.org is not operational anymore since yesterday or this morning early (CET). Is WordPress experiencing some complete downtime of some sort?

  I need desperately have my website running again and get into my Help from Premium support for my website http://kinokast.org (wp COM Premium account).

  For example this page does not com up at all: https://kinokast.org/login/

  Where can I find this under my WP Admin ???

  — My help question is that there is a CRITICAL ERROR (when I am uploading and saving new Products from my Woocommerce plugin (this is a new error – went well a long time !)

  Hi there,

  The the prosperjerominus account you’re using to post here does now own any sites on WordPress.com.

  The domain, kinokast.org, used to be registered with us, but via a different account than the one you’re using to post here.

  That domain expired on 9 March and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

  It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but we can only do that if requested by the account that owns the domain, so please log out of this account and log back in using the correct WordPress.com account, and comment here to confirm.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ does not work.

  Thank you for your information and so happy you can recover all (why did my domain expire on 9 March and has already been removed from your system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar. Why did I get any information and why is that?)

  But when using https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ It does not go and advises me to just recover password. I just do not remember both user name and password. This is the problem for which I should be able to provide transaction ID (I did) as proof of ownership, but it does not work.

  Can I give you any proof online here? Is this secure and safe?

  I have a transaction ID and a Activation url.

  I really hope you can help me further with recovering username and password from relevant account (where I believe I also currently have the website https://grenouillecrevette.net – that one is not blocked at all)

  Hi Jerome,

  we do send out several emails before the domain is going to expire and even after that. Since you don’t remember which email is connected to the correct account, I guess you have not seen all the emails we’ve been sending you or they ended up in your Spam folder.

  As for recovering your account, please send us the transaction ID via email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Our Account Recovery team will get back to you from there.
