URGENT question

I have been getting charged $59 dollars from WordPress.com for several years now and I have tried to cancel this SEVERAL TIMES.
I am sick and tired of this. How do i get a hold of WordPress to cancel this IMMEDIATELY. -
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

The price you quote above $59.00 is equal to a WordPress.ORG theme version of an e commerce Magazine theme purchased from Envato theme market or from themeforest, not from WordPress.COM.

There is not any history of upgrades or transactions on the account that you’ve contacted us from. Do you have another user account?
