  It is still in the redemptive period and due to the expiration of the upgrade account, I can no longer contact support! Please help!

  Hi there,

  To recover your domain (chefandsteward.com) our registrar charges an $80 redemption fee in addition to the renewal price of $18. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
