  Dear Expert Users

  I have become aware that I have somehow missed the notification of requirement to pay the annual fee for maintaining my domain at wordpress. My domain is now deactivated and my business is unravelling. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in effecting the redemption.

  I am not being helped on email because the domain name is attached to that email address. (Stupidly, by me…). It is me on that other account, though. Do you want me to repost here under the other login? Can you see the email address on the other account?

  I see you replied to us via email yesterday, and you’ve already paid for the domain redemption there.
