URGENT – Refund

I have posted a previous topic with no reply – I cannot find anyway to contact someone – this contact/support system is not ideal. It was also difficult to re-enter these forums, and locate my previous post.
I need a refund request processed urgently. The online steps to organise cancellation/refund is not working as the product is not displaying in my account. Can someone please organise/assist asap.
