  Hello,

  I’m trying to set up a website ‘selfallytherapy.com’. However instead of the domain showing this it still says selfallytherapy.com.wordpress.com.

  I’d like to process a refund to I can cancel this plan, figure out why that happened, and then I want to repay for it again with a different email so it’s not attached to all my other blogs.

  Please can you process my refund for both the personal plan and the domain name. Then I will redo it with my other email address from scratch so it’s clearer to me what i’m doing.

  Hi @selfallytherapy, we are humans here. If you need to cancel your services, you can do that automatically here, and you’ll get a refund so long as you cancel within the refund timeframe.
