Urgent refund request due to cancellation of 2-year premium plan purchased

    My child made a purchase using my credit card without parental permission. I would like to request a full or partial refund. In South Korea, purchases made by minors without parental consent can be cancelled and refunded at any time. I have cancelled the plan and domain address, so please issue a refund as soon as possible.

    Refunds and billing are handled only by WordPress.com Support.
    Please log in to WordPress.com with the account used for the purchase, go to Help → Contact Support → Billing, and submit your request there with your receipt and transaction ID.

    I see you already canceled your plan so I went ahead and issued you a full refund. As a note, refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process them.
