Urgent Refund Request – Unintentional Subscription Renewal

    Dear WordPress Support Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you with great concern and deep regret regarding my recent subscription renewal. I was completely unaware that my subscription was set to auto-renew, and I did not receive any prior notification that payment would be processed. It was only after the charge was deducted from my account that I realized what had happened.

    This unexpected charge has put me in a very difficult financial situation. My mother’s birthday is approaching, and I had been saving to buy her a special gift. However, because of this unintentional payment, I now find myself unable to do so. It breaks my heart to think that I might not be able to celebrate her birthday properly, simply because I was unaware of this renewal.

    I understand that refund policies are in place, but I kindly ask for your understanding and compassion in this case. I have not used the service since the renewal, and I truly did not mean to continue the subscription. If there is any way to process a refund as an exception, it would mean the world to me.

    I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help facilitate this request. I am truly hoping for your support.

    I hope you are doing well. I recently realized that my subscription was renewed without my intention, and I sincerely regret not canceling it in time. Unfortunately, the full refund period has already passed, but I am in a very difficult financial situation and truly need assistance.

    If a full refund is not possible, I kindly request to downgrade my plan to a personal plan and receive a partial refund for the difference. This would greatly help me manage my current situation.
