URGENT | Renew and Transfer Domain – ASAP pls – site not live.

  Hi there,

  Over the last couple of months, I’ve received emails from you about losing my ‘product’ which I assume is my domain.

  Every link you sent, I clicked on it, logged in and made sure my payment details were up to date in my WP account – and I even emailed you to say I’ve done everything you’ve asked – but the emails kept rolling in. My site now is showing a privacy error –

  ‘Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from http://www.captarphoto.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID’

  I have gone into my purchases and it’s ashowing absolutely nothing in there – and yet I’ve been with WordPress since 2013! So where is all my data??

  I wish to port my domain over to Bluehost, as I have chat access there to IT assistance. Please can you unlock the domain and provide an auth code.

  Please could you help asap as my business requires a website to be live.

  I’m hoping you can help me, and I am sure you can understand this is quite frustrating.

  Hi Katie,

  I completely understand how concerning this must be, and I appreciate you reaching out. I checked, and it looks like the registration for captarphoto.com expired five days ago. That’s likely why you’re seeing the privacy error when trying to access your site.

  To move forward, I’ve sent an email to the registered email address on the domain. Please check your inbox and reply to that email when you get a chance, and we’ll guide you through the renewal process from there.

  Hi Please help.

  I can’t access my initial wordpress account. I tried to log back into it and created a new account but believe i accidentally deleted something? I am not sure what to do but willing to pay. I created the account so long ago i do not have the intial references wordpress has asked for in the recovery form. Please help.
